How financing works at ARQÉA
ARQÉA works in partnership with Tu Medicina Financiada, an organisation affiliated with Sabadell Consumer Finance, S.A.U. The assessment, approval and terms of the loan are the responsibility of the financial institution. ARQÉA is not involved in the granting of the loan.
Using the simulator shown here, you can contact Tu Medicina Financiada if you wish to adjust the repayment instalment to best suit your needs.
Your financing application will be processed by Tu Medicina Financiada through a streamlined procedure, once you have provided the necessary documentation, with the security and personalised service of a premium TMF centre.
They will process the financing for your surgery using only the following documentation:
- Latest payslip, national identity card and bank account details
* Representative example: cash price €1,000. Loan amount €1,000. Term 24 months. Nominal interest rate 0%. APR* 0%. 23 monthly instalments of €41.67 and a final instalment of €41.59. Total amount financed, total amount owed and total price in instalments: €1,000. Total cost of credit: €0. French amortisation system. Financing offered and subject to approval by Sabadell Consumer Finance, S.A.U. Offer for partners of Tu Medicina Financiada. Financing is optional and does not affect the provision of healthcare.
The fee starts with the budget
The fee depends on the amount, and the amount is finalised during the consultation. Once the procedures have been explained and a written quote has been provided, you will be given the total, including everything. A payment plan is then drawn up based on that figure.

Application and documentation
Please send your most recent payslip, your National Identity Card (DNI) and your bank account number to Tu Medicina Financiada. You can start the application process via ARQÉA or directly with the organisation.
Response and date booking
The organisation will notify you of the decision. Once the funding has been approved, the booking form will be signed and the date of your operation will be set.

Frequently Asked Questions
What proportion of the budget can be funded?
Up to 100 per cent of the amount. The exact limit is determined by the financial institution during the assessment.
What documents are required?
As Spain resident, your most recent payslip, national identity card and bank account number.
How long does it take to get a reply?
The organisation will make a decision once it has received all the necessary documentation. Tu Medicina Financiada will inform you of the specific timeframes.
Does approval depend on ARQÉA?
No. The loan is granted by Sabadell Consumer Finance, S.A.U. and is subject to its assessment. ARQÉA does not have access to the financial details of the application nor is it involved in the decision.
If I decide not to have the operation after all, what happens to the loan?
Cancelling the surgery and cancelling the loan are separate processes. The former is governed by ARQÉA’s booking terms and conditions. The latter is dealt with directly with the financial institution.
What happens to the data from the simulator?
They are used solely for the purposes of the simulation. They are not retained or disclosed for any other purpose without express consent.
