Is there a charge for the first consultation at ARQÉA?

No. The first consultation with Dr. Gutiérrez is completely free of charge, whether in person or via video call.

Can I book an appointment just to ask some questions, with no obligation to go ahead?

Yes. You can write to us or book a consultation simply to clarify any queries. There is no obligation and no pressure to reach a decision.

When and where do the face-to-face consultations take place?

Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 10.00 to 17.00 at IM Clinic Gournay, Sant Cugat del Vallès (Barcelona). We also hold video consultations during these times, so not every slot may be free. We’ll let you know our exact availability when you book.

Can I have the consultation via video call if I’m not in Barcelona?

Yes. We offer video consultations for patients who are unable to travel. Dr. Gutiérrez will review your case in just as much detail as he would in person.

Why are ARQÉA’s prices more affordable than those of the rest of the sector?

Through our structure, not through clinical compromises. ARQÉA operates with a small, highly specialized team, without the layers of corporate structure that drive up costs in large clinics. Affordability comes from eliminating structural costs, not from compromising on quality.

What is included in the price you’ll quote me?

Everything you need for the operation. Anaesthesia, surgical team, operating theatre, materials, hospitalization if required by the procedure, and post-operative care. The quote you receive during your consultation is the final price: no hidden extras, no surprises on the day of the operation.
