A small team, with no middle layers.

At ARQÉA, there are no delegated staff at the crucial moments. Your surgeon plans your treatment, performs the operation and approves your discharge: Dr. Javier Gutiérrez, Dr. Ramón Tarragona for rhinoplasty, and Dr. Juan Molina together with Dr. Gutiérrez for hair and facial rejuvenation procedures.

The same people are always there to support you, from the very first email right through to your final check-up.
This structure is deliberate: fewer people, working more closely together, handling fewer cases each week. This is what makes it possible to maintain surgical precision and personalized care without these being compromised by high caseloads.

Direct clinical leadership

Your surgeon assesses you and performs your operation. There are no hand-offs to trainees. The person who decides on your surgical plan is the one who carries out every step.

Cutting-edge technology

Technology is a tool, not an end in itself. We plan each procedure in 3D based on your own anatomy and apply the technique best suited to your case.

Fair price, all-inclusive

Fees, anaesthesia, surgical centre, materials, follow-up appointments. All included in the written quote. What you see is what you pay.

High-level hospital infrastructure

Surgeries carried out at IM Clinic Gournay, a nationally recognized hospital, with its own anaesthesia protocols and team.

Follow-up until the result is achieved

Check-ups are included in the price for up to 12 months, by which time the result is established. Follow-up care does not end once the wound has healed.
